Adam Throws Eve Under The Bus. AGAIN.

Well, it's official.  Trump won the 2024 presidential election.  Again.  And this time, we can't blame it on the Electoral College or Russian interference or anything other than We the People.  Or rather, about half of us.  And the half of us that voted for Trump is overwhelmingly male, unsurprisingly.  If only men's votes were counted, Trump won by a landslide.  If only Women's votes were counted, Kamala Harris would have won by (almost) a landslide.  Very much like 2016.

Only this time around, literally everyone knew what he was all about, and so many still voted for him.  So literally NO ONE can credibly claim naivety or ignorance (unless truly willful) this time.  They had an easy out, and yet they chose to go right back to Trump.  They are NOT victims, they are volunteers, often very eager ones, which makes them complicit with the oppressors.  In fact, in the two weeks leading up to Election Day, Trump deliberately darkened his already vile rhetoric even more to get more undecided or apathetic folks off of their couches to go to the polls.

And the gender gap was surprisingly wide for younger (Gen Z) voters as well.  And Trump/Vance clearly went out of their way to court the "bro vote", as they like to call it.

And it wasn't even the usual "deplorables" and "alt-right" and adjacent guys that were the biggest disappointment.  Rather, it was the perfidious squishy-center, middle-of-the-road, fauxgressive, "educated", and "cool" types of guys who apparently thought so little of the better half of humanity (or could care less about them), that in an election where Women's human rights were literally at stake, they blithely and casually threw Women under the bus by voting for Trump.  They literally chose the rapist, racist, misogynistic, convicted felon, lunatic, and insurrectionist candidate over the highly accomplished Woman of color candidate, because reasons.  Or they simply didn't vote at all, or they voted third party, because they chose to make the perfect the enemy of the good, and we all ultimately got neither as a result. 

Women, and the men who genuinely love them, will NOT forget such perfidy!

And yes, plenty of Women (particularly white ones) were also apparently self-hating misogynistic (and/or gilded-caged and privileged) enough to betray their own gender too by voting for Trump, but that is a topic for another conversation. 

Of course, this is sadly NOT the first time the fellas have done such a thing.  It's been going on since Adam threw Eve under the bus after they both got caught eating the forbidden fruit.  And to those fellas who apparently see nothing wrong (or at least nothing worth opposing) with the Republican Project 2025 agenda essentially forcing Women to be brood mares, remember that that would also make men....WORK HORSES.  After all, the punishment for Eve was to "increase the pains of childbirth", while for Adam, he would have to "work for every crumb" going forward.  Sounds like the authors of that story readily anticipated the 2024 election and its aftermath!

They had ONE job this time, and that was to simply get off the damn couch and cast a secret ballot for Kamala, the only person really standing in the way of Trump, and no one would ever have to know.  And they couldn't even do that!  And now that they have sown the wind, they shall reap the whirlwind!

Unfortunately, ALL of us will.

America is basically dead and done now.  And it would truly take a miracle of miracles to transcend this madness and make it out the other side in one piece.

One may recall an article from late 2016, titled "Kali Takes America, I'm With Her".  Basically, Trump's first term was predicted to be a "dark night of the soul" for America, in other words.  Apparently, America learned NOTHING from that ordeal, and thus we end up repeating it again, and likely worse and darker this time around.  And it seems an even darker analogy is called for now.

The 2015 song "The Vengeful One" by Disturbed (and its excellent video) comes to mind as to what is called for in times like this:  "I'm the Hand of God, I'm the Dark Messiah, I'm the Vengeful One".  Sounds just like what the doctor ordered!  The dark, messianic figure in the song is male, of course.  But what if that figure was a Woman instead?  Well, I thought of a somewhat esoteric idea, getting back to the overall general theme of this article.

Enter Adam's first wife, from well before Eve even existed.  Or more accurately, his first lover, as the patriarchal institution of marriage hadn't even been invented yet, and it's safe to say she wasn't exactly the marrying kind.  In fact, their fairly brief relationship had failed precisely because she refused to submit to Adam.  She was almost entirely erased from both the Hebrew Bible and the Christian Bible, leaving only very subtle traces behind, and only explicitly mentioned elsewhere in Jewish and Mesopotamian folklore.  And she was predictably (and quite literally!) demonized by the patriarchs, as they have often done to Goddesses of the Matriarchal religions they have appropriated, co-opted, and perverted for themselves.  While more recently, Sarah McLachlan famously called her "the first feminist", and thus named her Women's music festival after her.  So who is she? 

Lilith is her name.  You may or may not have heard of her explicitly, but the general concept of her can be found practically everywhere one is willing to look.  Contrary to those who demonize her, she is not actually evil, but rather she is best described as "beyond good and evil", which is of course a reference to Nietzsche.  That said, it's probably NOT a wise idea to piss her off!  So if there were ever a Woman candidate for "Dark Messiah", it would have to be Lilith.

In fact, 20 years ago in 2004, author Alex Gordon even wrote a book about Lilith called Nine Deadly Venoms, a part autobiographical, part self-help book about the nine most important obstacles and challenges that one needs to personally conquer in order to truly stay alive in the 21st century.  In this book, she is portrayed as a Matriarchal Age warrior priestess, who is supposedly planning a second coming, in order to cleanse the world of evil and establish a new Matriarchal Age once again.

Again, that's really just what the doctor ordered in times like these!  And her rage is a rage that truly belongs to every Woman, and always has, especially now.  After all, contrary to what one may believe, Feminine energy is not always "love and light", as it can also be very, very dark at times.

(I haven't read the actual book itself, but I recall reading his old website about the book back then after stumbling upon in serendipitously, which was one of several things over the years that piqued my interest in Matriarchy in general.)

And in fact, like practically every other Goddess that has a name, one could even consider Lilith to be yet another facet of the very multifaceted Mother God Herself.

And perhaps Mother God allowed all of this to happen for a reason, such as to trick the white supremacist capitalist patriarchy to fatally overdose on capital, and ultimately usher in post-capitalism and Matriarchy sooner rather than later.  That is, if Trump doesn't get us all killed in the meantime, of course, which is sadly a very real possibility. 

So as the darkness settles in once again, we need to keep all of this in mind.  And once again, we all must #RESIST tyranny of any kind.  If you give them an inch, they will take a mile. 

An Open Letter To Women In Politics

(Updated for 2024 America)

To any Women who are running for office, in office, or considering running for office in the near future:

You have probably noticed that the world is on fire, and has been for quite some time now.  We stand on the verge of World War III as we speak, and our overburdened planet is in grave danger.  We continue to flirt with the prospect of mass extinction (including humans, by the way) in the not-too-distant future, as we continue to cook the planet with reckless abandon.  We know what is causing all of these problems, and we already have the technology and wherewithal to solve them if we really wanted to, yet our current Big Wetiko "leaders" refuse to solve such problems because they are sycophantic lackeys to the parasitic elites, if not the very same elites themselves.  And these plutocrats are hopelesly addicted to "business as usual".

So how did we get here in the first place, exactly?  The answer lies in ancient history, about 7000 years ago or so, when men apparently got the bright idea to take over the (known) world piece by piece, by deposing you from power.  That's right, it was originally Women who were in charge for most of humanity's existence, and us fellas apparently thought we could do a better job as leaders than you ladies did.  Well, history shows us that we were wrong--dead wrong in fact.  Indeed, the best advice that us men can give to Women is "don't be like us", because we f**ked the world up royally. We paved paradise and put up a parking lot, we created a desert and called it "peace".  We have devoured and suffocated our own empire, and now we are all paying a heavy price for it.  That's right--WE did it.  And we're sorry about that--though we can clearly stuff our "sorrys" in a sack! 

Oh, and to top it off, us fellas decided to hit America's self-destruct button and vote overwhelmingly for Donald Trump for President in 2016.  Yes, really.  Because apparently we couldn't screw things up enough already.  Fortunately, thank Goddess, the damage was limited.  But if he wins again in 2024, we may not be so lucky this time.

And now it is time for you to reclaim your rightful position as the new leaders of the free world once again, starting with the USA and eventually spreading from there.  In fact, it is LONG overdue for you to do so.  We cannot apologize enough for handing you such a monumental clusterf**k of a world for you to fix, of course, but we fellas have plenty of faith that you will be able to do so. We know that Women, not men, are the real natural-born leaders, and you can clearly handle power a lot better without it going to your heads than us.  We know that your preferred paradigm of society, what Riane Eisler calls the "partnership" model, is far better than the "dominator" model that we have been practicing for the past 7000 years.  As the saying goes, never send a boy to do a man's job--send a Woman instead.  Truer words were never spoken, and we need you now more than ever before.

The highest and tallest "glass ceiling" in the world--President of the United States--is still waiting to be smashed in 2024, as are plenty of other important political offices as well.  Even though Hillary already did that with the popular vote in 2016, the Rube Goldberg machine known as the Electoral College was systematically rigged against her.  But Goddess willing, Kamala Harris will win in 2024.  We wish all of you the very best of luck.  Now, go forth and make old Buckminster Fuller proud!  Vive la femme!

Will The Crash Of 2020 Accelerate The Transition To Matriarchy?

Four years ago, I posted an article on the True Spirit of America Party blog titled, "Is the Crash of 2016 Upon Us?", as well as an article on this blog titled, "Will the Coming Crash of 2016 Accelerate the Transition to Matriarchy?".  In the first, I outlined the various reasons why I predict that author Thom Hartmann was probably right in that there will be another financial crisis and stock market crash in 2016, perhaps even one that that will make 2008 and even 1929 look like a walk in the park.  Looks like that didn't materialize in 2016, as that year is now in the rearview mirror, but seems to be happening right now in fact.  Yes I know, I could in fact be wrong.  But recent events are making it look increasingly likely every day.

The bubble--scratch that, BOIL--looks like it has been lanced.  And the novel coronavirus (now called COVID-19) would have been almost a non-event in terms of its effect the stock market had the market not been so grossly overvalued and precarious in the first place.  Not just stocks, but bonds and derivatives as well.  This can get real ugly real fast!

So what does that have to do with Matriarchy and the inevitable transition in that direction?  Turns out, a lot in fact.  Basically, in order for Women to finally reclaim their rightful position as the new leaders of the free world, men need to surrender to them.  And most men will not surrender until they truly hit rock bottom.  It's just our nature that way.   Of course, even with the most cursory look at the statistics (and an open mind), we can all see the writing on the wall.  Women are rising, while men are falling.  In fact, Women have already crossed the Rubicon in terms of education and are well on their way to becoming the richer gender, meanwhile us fellas are falling away and falling apart.  We are being gradually replaced by both Women (for higher-skilled jobs) as well as robots/machines/AI (for less-skilled jobs), our wages have been falling, our once-great  labor unions have been busted by the powerful men at the top who threw the bottom 80-90% of us under the bus, and we are thus are becoming increasingly redundant.  And the past two recessions, especially 2008-2009, have basically been dubbed "mancessions", in which men got hit significantly harder than women in terms of un(der)employment (excluding of course the "austerity" government budget cuts that happened in 2010-2013, that hurt Women more than men).  We must note, and it bears repeating, that this is NOT the fault of Women, but rather the result of our very own karma.

Thus, if the next or current crash is like 2008 or worse, I predict that men will likely be collectively hit so hard that they will never fully recover.   We still haven't fully recovered from the last one, so this time would likely be the ultimate death blow for us.  Sooner or later, it is only a matter of time before men will literally be begging women for a bailout.  And when that happens, Women would then be in the power position.  Not right away, of course, but we can see how this could accelerate the transition in the medium to long run.

Donald Trump was unfortunately elected  POTUS as of January 20, 2017, as he "won" the 2016 election against Hillary Clinton despite losing the popular vote by nearly 3 million votes.  That seemed to set the Women's movement back quite a bit, at least in theory.  But this is America's "dark night of the soul", thus also a time of transformation.  Look no further than the #MeToo movement to see how galvanized Women have become.  And now in 2020, soon Trump will be out of office (hopefully replaced by Bernie Sanders) and we can all see the light at the end of the tunnel, God willing.

(This is true not only for the Trump era, but for the entire 40 years of neoliberalism since Reagan and Thatcher as well.)

So fellas, it is time to do some serious soul-searching.  If you have not yet renounced the demonic patriarchy in all of its forms, now is the time to do it.  God willing, we will soon need Women to rescue us.  Because let's face it, we have dug our own graves and will be in over our heads in no time.  It will happen sooner than you think.  And when Women finally do take over, they will remember exactly how they were treated, so it really behooves us fellas to clean up our act yesterday.

The Second Women's March Was Also A YUUUUGE Success

On January 20-21, 2018, exactly one year after Trump was inaugurated, Women took to the streets again for another Women's March in numerous cities around the country and around the world.  This occurred during the ridiculous government shutdown, and lasted all weekend long.

This time around, the marches had the notable addition of the #MeToo movement combined with the previous anti-Trump and anti-Republican sentiment as well as feminism in general.  This is clearly a new wave that shows no sign of burning out--if anything, it seems even more invigorated today than a year ago.

Of course, going forward, much more needs to be done as well.  A day or two of protesting, while good, is clearly far from enough. Women, along with their male allies, need to continue to resist Der Trumpenfuehrer and his racist, misogynistic, xenophopbic, homophobic, plutocratic, right-wing authoritarian agenda.  Sustained protests and direct action by Women did work to remove the corrupt Silvio Berlusconi from power in Italy, after all.  This particular march may have ended, but now is NOT the time to abandon our efforts!  Failure is simply not an option anymore considering what is at stake these days.

America's Dark Night of the Soul May Have a Purpose

On November 9, 2016, America's "Dark Night of the Soul" had begun, which then began in earnest on January 20, 2017.  A year later, things look even darker still.  We have a dangerous and unstable dictator in the White House and he is surrounded by cowardly sycophantic lackeys and enablers.  An openly racist, misogynistic, xenophobic, and otherwise highly toxic dictator, in fact.  And he is doing all he can to destroy this country while further enriching himself, even bringing us to the brink of nuclear war in the hopes of "wagging the dog" to distract from the ever-growing Russiagate scandal that is closing in on him as we speak.  But what if there was a good reason why all this is happening now at this point in history?  After all, as the saying goes, it's always darkest before the dawn.

Enter the newly-invigorated Women's Movement.   The Trump presidency seems to have been a catalyst for an emerging new wave of feminism, or at least a re-activating of the most recent one.  Decades of pent-up anger are now finally being unleashed.  Between the Trump presidency and the aftermath of the Weinstein scandal, something seems to have shifted in this country, and the tipping point is likely in the rearview mirror now, with no sign of turning back.

Thus, it seems that the inevitable transition to Matriarchy has just been dramatically accelerated.   And my prediction of Women taking over by 2030 looks even more likely.  Indeed, it is always darkest before the dawn.  And sometimes darkness can show you the light.

Could this be why Mother God allowed the utter travesty of the rigged 2016 election to happen?  Because that is really the only explanation why this is the case.  So how does this story ultimately end?  Well, the rest is still unwritten, and ultimately up to Women.  What better time than now?

Is This The Tipping Point?

We are now in what I like to call a "post-Harvey world" or a "post-Weinstein" world.  Ever since disgraced Hollywood film mogul Harvey Weinstein was finally exposed as a serial sexual harasser and assaulter, if not a full-blown rapist as well, numerous Women (and a few men as well) recently came forward against so many other male celebrities and politicians accusing them of various reprehensible acts on the sexual harassment/assault spectrum.  The hashtag campaign #MeToo has gone viral.  Thus it certainly seems like something has indeed changed within a matter of weeks.

Of course, predatory male behavior (and male-pattern violence in general) towards Women and children is sadly nothing new, and has been going on for thousands of years.  Ever since the advent of patriarchy, it has been going on to one degree or another in nearly all cultures.  But now it seems to finally be getting some long-overdue attention, and perhaps the proverbial dam has finally broken.  For the first time in history it seems, at least a significant chunk of Americans are actually starting to give the victims/survivors the benefit of the doubt rather than reflexively pillory them and automatically side with the accused, as has been the standard heretofore.  Time will tell whether this groundswell is a short-term flash in the pan or the tipping point of far more enduring and fundamental change to our society, but I believe it is at least the start of the latter.  Perhaps this may even accelerate the fall of the patriarchy.  Although, until the biggest elephant in the room--the one in the White House--is removed from power and actually faces justice for his misdeeds, my optimism will nonetheless remain cautious.

Note also that the term "post-Harvey" also has a double meaning as well.  Hurricane Harvey (and Irma and Maria) is (hopefully) a different, though related, sort of wake-up call as well.  There is indeed a connection between men's rape and abuse of Women on the one hand, and our collective rape and abuse of the Earth on the other.  And both are the primary causes of the existential crisis in which humanity (and all life in fact) is currently mired.  In other words, "#MeToo," said Mother Earth. "#MeToo."

Would a Sex Strike Actually Work? (Post-2016 Edition)

What do Liberia, South Sudan, Kenya, Colombia, the Philippines, and Ancient Greece have in common?  All of these societies contain at least one example in their history of Women going on sex strike (i.e. withholding sex from men until their collective demands are met) and typically achieving success as a result, often in a matter of weeks or less.   These actions were generally done to bring an end to otherwise intractable and prolonged wars and violence, most notably the Peloponnesian War in Ancient Greece as noted in the famous play Lysistrata.  In Liberia, a modern-day example, it brought an end to their country's 14-year long civil war and ushered in their first female president, Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf.

But what about the longest war in history, i.e. the War on Women?  Also known as "patriarchy" to make it sound nicer, this system is currently self-destructing as we speak, but can its demise be accelerated with a sex strike perhaps?  Would Women be able to take over the world more quickly and readily that way?   Pat Ravasio of Buckyworld seems to think so.  While I have long been rather skeptical of the idea myself, after suspending my disbelief I began to realize that this probably would have a chance at working wonders.  As the aformentioned historical examples have shown, men's demand for sex appears to be relatively "inelastic", that is, even a large increase in the "cost" of sex (which by definition would rise significantly during a massive shortage such as a sex strike) would not affect demand very much, at least in the short run.  While men don't have a higher sex drive than Women (if anything, Women have a higher sex drive), for men there is a much greater sense of urgency thanks to all of that testosterone, and thus men will typically "cave" first.  Thus, men would do whatever it takes to end the shortage/strike and regain easier access, including cleaning up their act and meeting the demands of the Women on strike.  (Women often forget just how much power they really have!)  And while the grand scale of the task of ending patriarchy may be more daunting than the historical examples of using sex strikes to end local conflicts, at this point in history it certainly appears to be worth the old college try.  Even with less than 100% participation, if enough Women go on strike (especially the wives of powerful men in high places), the effects would nonetheless be huge.

So the answer to the question is most likely yes.  That said, it usually takes an enormous amount of provocation to get a critical mass of Women on board for something like that, since Women clearly have needs as well.  But given how so many men are lashing out these days as the patriarchy is now in its death throes, it probably won't take all that much more provocation to end up crossing that critical threshold.  Especially now that "President" Trump (!) has actually become a reality.  Thus, I would not be shocked if The Big One happens within a few years.

The highest and tallest "glass ceiling" in the world--President of the United States--is still waiting to be smashed in 2020, as are plenty of other important political offices as well.  Even though Hillary already did that with the popular vote in 2016, the Rube Goldberg machine known as the Electoral College was systematically rigged against her.
